How does Melotin MR help me sleep and how does it work?
Melotin MR is used for the short-term treatment of primary insomnia characterised by poor quality of sleep in people who are aged 55 years of age or over, which is not linked to an underlying medical or any other clear cause. Melotin MR contains the active ingredient melatonin.
Melatonin is a naturally occurring hormone produced in the body. It works by helping to regulate the circadian rhythms and increasing the propensity for sleep.
Melotin MR is a slow-release formulation which helps to regulate your body clock and the slow releasing form lasts throughout the night as it mimics naturally-occurring melatonin to support a good night’s sleep.
It is important to note that having good sleep hygiene will assist in ensuring the effectiveness of Melotin MR in assisting to regulate your sleep patterns.
